Division: Trustaff Travel Nurses

Department: Sales & Recruiting

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio

Status: Full-Time

Availability: July 1,2007

Responsibilities: :
  • Provide support to all corporate areas with primary focus in the Sales & Recruitment Department
  • Generate, prepare and organize documentation
  • Prepare candidate applications for employment
  • Process mailings to employees, customers and clients Conduct candidate reference verifications

Qualifications:
  • Two (2) or more years of receptionist, customer service or administrative support experience (prior experience in a healthcare, staffing or human resources environment is preferred, but not required)
  • Excellent skills in verbal communication, Microsoft Office products and a multi-line phone system
  • Professional telephone communication and active listening skills
  • Basic working computer knowledge
  • Accuracy and attention to detail while meeting regular deadlines
  • Strong administrative and coordinative skills
  • Positive attitude

General Information:
  • 40 hours per week: Monday – Friday
  • Flexible hours scheduled between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
