| Responsibilities: : |
- Provide support to all corporate areas with primary focus in the Sales & Recruitment Department
- Generate, prepare and organize documentation
- Prepare candidate applications for employment
- Process mailings to employees, customers and clients Conduct candidate reference verifications
|
| Qualifications: |
- Two (2) or more years of receptionist, customer service or administrative support experience (prior experience in a healthcare, staffing or human resources environment is preferred, but not required)
- Excellent skills in verbal communication, Microsoft Office products and a multi-line phone system
- Professional telephone communication and active listening skills
- Basic working computer knowledge
- Accuracy and attention to detail while meeting regular deadlines
- Strong administrative and coordinative skills
- Positive attitude

| General Information:

- 40 hours per week: Monday – Friday
- Flexible hours scheduled between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
