| Responsibilities: |
The Recruiter serves as trustaff's primary contact with prospective healthcare candidates. This position recruits and screens health professionals received as leads from the telerecruiting team, as leads pulled from the company database, as well as referrals and independent searches. Recruiters maintain on-going relationships with candidates, serving as a crucial career counselor and advisor throughout a healthcare professional's interview process and placement. This position will work with permanent placement options available to their assigned candidates.

| Qualifications: |
Applicants should have three (3) years of customer service or sales experience. Prior experience in a healthcare, staffing or human resources environment is preferred, but not required. Applicants must be able to handle service issues with integrity, skill and courtesy. Ideal candidates will possess: professional telephone communication and active listening skills, demonstrated strong interpersonal skills within a service environment, remarkable organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills, basic computer knowledge, accuracy and attention to detail while meeting regular deadlines and strong administrative and coordinative skills.

| General Information: |
The position is a full-time role scheduled for forty (40) hours / week: Monday – Friday, however, candidates should be available to work evening and weekend hours as may be required due to changing business needs.
