| Responsibilities: |
The executive pharmacist recruiter acts as the primary contact between registered pharmacists and the account managers that work directly with our clients. The position requires the recruiter to screen and qualify pharmacists and pharmacy technicians for open job requisitions nationwide. Searches are performed daily by the recruiter and candidates are sourced through an independent search or cold call prospecting, targeted advertising and referrals. Recruiters are expected to develop ongoing relationships with prospective candidates, serving as a career counselor and placement advisor throughout the hiring and job search process. The recruiter will work to help the account manager fill open job requisitions for permanent part-time and permanent full-time placement positions for our client facilities.

| Qualifications: |
Applicants should have three (3) years of customer service or sales experience. Prior experience in a healthcare, staffing or human resources environment is preferred, but not required. Applicants must be able to handle service issues with integrity, skill and courtesy. Ideal candidates will possess: professional telephone communication and active listening skills, demonstrated strong interpersonal skills within a service environment, remarkable organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills, basic computer knowledge, accuracy and attention to detail while meeting regular deadlines and strong administrative and coordinative skills.

| General Information: |
The position is a full-time role scheduled for forty (40) hours / week: Monday – Friday, however, candidates should be available to work evening and weekend hours as may be required due to changing business needs.
