<strong>RN Trauma Stepdown</strong><br /> <br /> • Rate: $105/hr || OT Rate: $115|| No local • Facility: Grant Medical Center (Level I trauma) • Term: 12 weeks, 3/12's or 4/12's available • Shift: 7p-730a. Every other weekend and every other holiday *UNIT SPECIFIC INFO: *35 intermediate beds / 12 Med Surg beds **Will take MST nurses that will be assigned only to this 12 bed hallway *Intermediate ratio is 1:3. Can flex to 4 as needed *Intermediate hallway has vents *Med Surg Hallway is considered a "Float" and travelers float first *Med Surg hall staffed with 2 RNs. PCTs for vs, I&O, patient personal care *Will take MST nurses that will be assigned only to this 12 bed hallway. *Ratio for MedSurg is 1:5. Can flex to 6 as needed. • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • BLS. ACLS is preferred not required for Intermediate. ACLS not required for Med/surg nurses • 1.5+ years of experience • Must be able to read and interpret Telemetry independently<br /> GENERAL INFO: • 400+ bed level I trauma center and magnet hospital. *Level 1 Trauma Center. Large hospital experience strongly preferred *Fast paced environment. *Travelers float first * EMR is EPIC
