<strong>NICU Registered Nurse</strong><br /> <br /> NEED AT LEAST 1 TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT COMPLETED BEFORE SUBMITTAL<br /> BLS<br /> 2 YEARS OF NICU in a children's hospital<br /> Provide direct patient care for critically ill infants, children and adult with both acute and chronic health conditions managed in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit . Maintain patient stability through the titration of continuous IV medications, maintenance of advanced airways, invasive ventilation. RN will routinely float to PICU and care for general med/surg PICU patients aged infants to young adults.<br /> Every other weekend (Sat & Sun). Day/Night rotation .<br /> Navy Blue Scrub pants, Child-friendly print scrub tops of your choice<br /> No block scheduling requests, unless for Weekends Only (that will be considered, but not necessarily approved)<br /> MILEAGE REQUIREMENT: Candidate must be at least 60 miles from ANY UH facility to qualify for Travel Rate. Candidates within 60 miles will qualify for Local Rate ($95). To ensure your candidate meets the requirements, please ensure candidate is not 60 miles from any of the following 4 facilities: UH Portage (Ravenna, OH), UH Elyria (Elyria, OH), UH Samaritan (Ashland, OH), UH Conneaut (Conneaut, OH) regardless of facility candidate will be working.<br /> Facility asks the following -<br />

1. RTO is due at submittal - any extra RTO after offer will be discussed with floor manager upon starting.<br />
2. A candidate should only be submitted to maximum of three jobs at a time.<br /> Former perm employees must wait until after 6 months to be sent in for a position<br /> Former travel can come back at any time<br /> Fit Test completed on-site. Gentlemen must be clean shaven.<br /> Valid State License (required at time of submission) - Facility currently utilizing OH EO. Must sign by 12/16/2022. Valid compact licenses accepted for January 2023 & beyond starts. (OH, to become part of the compact January 1, 2023).<br /> Per UH policy, candidates cannot request off more than 10 days, with no more than 5 consecutively requested off. Any RTO exceeding this requirement will immediately be removed and asked to trim down to meet this requirement before resubmitting. Shift Info: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
