<p><strong><u>#Tier2 Travel Compliance</u></strong></p> <ul> <li> <p><strong>There is a 75 mile radius for travel!!</strong></p> </li> <li> <p><strong>PLEASE NOTE: All RTO must be included on the initial submission. RTO requested after the fact will not be considered.</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Recent EPIC experience is preferred but not required to submit</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Will hire without a license</strong></p> </li> <li> <p>Will hire with pending license</p> </li> <li> <p>2 years of experience preferred; will consider 1 year nurses on case by case basis</p> </li> <li> <p><strong><u>PASS FAIL TEST</u></strong> at Orientation: Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test and Moderate Sedation Test will be given on Monday (the first day of orientation). Travelers have&nbsp;ONE&nbsp;chance to pass. Pass/Fail testing required. Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test required for all units.
