Float as needed between units 3W (28 beds), 2W (28 beds), 3 Central (16 beds). 28 bed unit. Nights - 6:45p-7:08a. Float as needed. No self-scheduling, no on call.  Weekend and holiday requirements.  Rotation schedule: Thursday-Wednesday, 3/2; 3/1/3; 7on/7off.  Shift based upon need/availability-mgr will discuss at interview. <br /> NOTES:  <br /> Start dates are: 1/30<br /> Fingerprinting process must begin within 48 hours of offer acceptance<br /> Must not have worked for NMHS within the last 12 months<br /> Required with submission:<br /> •    no declinations for Flu.<br /> •    Full DOB and SSN <br /> •    RTO - Holiday coverage expected with minimal RTO.<br /> <br /> REQUIREMENTS:  Minimum two (2) year acute care experience required. Strongly prefer 400+bed or level 2 trauma exp. Prior travel experience preferred. BLS (AHA) required, ACLS preferred.   All travelers are required to float to units within their competencies.<br /> EMR: Allscripts<br /> Manager to review and offer. <br /> Nurse: Patient ratio - 1:5  <br /> 2W and 3W - Patient care modality: Respiratory failure, COPD, Kidney failure, overdoses, sepsis.  2 West also has vascular pre and post op patients.  Age range 21+<br /> 3 Central:  Step Down/Med Surg unit<br /> All titratable drips, IV insertions, central line management, trach management.  Vent types: Baxter IV Pump, Kangaroo Feeding Pumps, Drager Ventilators, Omnicell med cabinet<br /> SCRUBS: <br /> 3W and 2W Scrubs: Black<br /> 2 Central Scrubs: Cobalt Blue <br /> No nail polish
