<span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Presented candidates MUST be fully COVID vaccinated (booster not required…at this time)…Exemption (Medical or Religious accepted).  If candidate has an exemption, if selected the individual would need to wear a mask (only exception would be eating or drinking…while eating or drinking must maintain 6 feet of distance).  Also, candidates must also have received the 2022-2023 flu vaccine (declination accepted).  However, candidate would need to complete the Woman’s 2022-2023 flu declination form.  This comes with the caveat since it is active flu season in our area (as designated by CDC), if selected the individual would need to wear a mask (only exception would be eating or drinking.  This mask-on protocol would only be lifted by Woman’s when the CDC no longer notes there is high incidence of flu in our area. <br /> We’ve found candidates that have experience working in acute care facilities like ours are far better candidates that those that have the majority of LTAC, Rehab, SNF experience.  Again, we are looking for candidate with acute care hospital experience <strong><u>NOT</u></strong> heavy LTAC, Rehab or SNF experience.</span></span><br /> <br /> <br />
