<p><strong><u>#Tier2 Travel Compliance</u></strong></p> <ol> <li> <p>SSN – Yes</p> </li> <li> <p>DOB – Yes</p> </li> <li> <p>Requested Time Off – If the traveler is requesting more than 3 days, Aya should defer to the manager for approval, no holidays (eves &amp; days after holidays)</p> </li> <li> <p>Number of jobs in system a candidate can submit to:&nbsp;1 submission only</p> </li> <li> <p>Specific amount of experience requirements:&nbsp;System level or unit level based on how managers complete their Unit Descriptions. Minimum of 1 year Acute experience. Some units require more, which will be outlined in unit descriptions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Valid State License - Pending&nbsp;License approved</p> </li> <li> <p>References required: 2 references from within the last 24 months</p> </li> <li> <p>Local Rules - Candidates who reside within 30 miles of facility are considered locals. Locals accepted at local rate.</p> </li> <li> <p>Will candidates float within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby: Floating to other units and/or facilities is an expectation for all travelers.&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Copy of Certifications – AHA Certs</p> </li> <li> <p>Epic charting experience preferred and Varies on some units</p> </li> <li> <p>Return Staff Policy – Need to be gone 1 year (perm staff)</p> </li> <li> <p>Modules to be completed prior to start – Modules completed on Day 1 Orientation - not billable</p> </li> <li> <p>Travel Pairs – Travel pairs are okay to submit. If not related, candidates can work on the same unit. If related, they can be submitted to the same facility but not the same unit.</p> </li> <li> <p>No block scheduling across all units – most units already have their schedules made. If the traveler calls out sick, they can make up the shift. It will be important for the traveler to work with their unit leader for any scheduling concerns.</p> </li> <li> <p>Please confirm prior to submitting that the traveler will complete a basic Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam is required for Float Pool, Cath Lab, ER, GI Lab, ICU, CC, CICU, CVICU, IMC, IMU, L&amp;D (only if going to Toledo), Med Surg, PACU, Pediatrics, PICU, PCU, Tele, and Step Down. Traveler has 2 chances to pass. They will need to go through clinician remediation if they do not pass their first attempt.</p> </li> </ol>
