<strong>OR Tech / Surgical Tech Surgical Services</strong><br /> <br /> WA STATE LICENSE REQUIRED<br /> Patient Diagnoses:<br /> Orthopedic sports (limited total joints) lots of minimally invasive arthroscopic and, laparoscopic, cases, Robotics, General, GYN, URO, and Plastics. Experience with Neuro, Spine, Thoracic and Vascular a plus. Very busy, high acuity academic environment<br /> Special Procedures/Unit Details:<br /> Does not have to have experience with eyes, or peds ***must have neuro, ortho or general surgery skills, please screen candidate with experience in at least one of these service lines. *Recent scrub experience is highly preferred Shift Info: Day 3x12-Hour (09:00 - 21:30)<br /> <br /> Submit Info:  

<p><strong><u>#Tier2 Travel Compliance</u></strong></p> <ol> <li> <p>SSN</p> </li> <li> <p>DOB</p> </li> <li> <p>RTO – Please keep RTO to a minimum, cannot accommodate RTO during orientation week</p> </li> <li> <p>Able to submit to 3 jobs at a time</p> </li> <li> <p>Facility is looking for RNs with 2 years of experience, some allied positions will consider 1 year of experience&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>License – At time of submission traveler must have a WA license in hand or proof of application to be considered</p> </li> <li> <p>Locals are accepted and no difference in Bill Rate</p> </li> <li> <p>Candidates will float within hospital</p> </li> <li> <p>EPIC experience is a huge plus but not required</p> </li> <li> <p>Background Policy: Please disclose any BG hits, DUIs, etc at time of submission for facility consideration</p> </li> <li> <p>Prior UW staff must be separated from the facility for 18 months before returning as a traveler</p> </li> <li> <p>Modules – Modules are not billable and must be completed prior to start of assignment</p> </li> <li> <p>Two References Required upon submittal</p> </li> <li> <p>Orientations – RNs have two orientations per month, Allied can start any Monday</p> </li> </ol>
