<strong>Registered Nurse - ICU</strong><br /> <br /> COVID AND FLU VACCINE (2022) MUST BE COMPLETED AND DOCUMENTATION VISIBLE ON FILE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION OR FILE WILL BE DROPPED. RELGIOUS DECLINATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED Cardiac ICU. Must have a min of 3 yrs in Cardiac ICU, history should be from Large level 1 trauma facilities, 500+ bed size, prior travel REQUIRED. Must have STRONG CARDIAC/VASCULAR skills: proficient in Swans, ETCO2 monitoring, IABPs, pre-and post-cardiac cath/EP lab, and assisting with a TEE for me to considering their application. We would prefer individuals who are proficient in CRRT, Impellas, and VADs if possible. Must have active MD/compact license on file @ Sub and Covid vaccine is required, no declinations accepted. EPIC EMR, Navy scrubs. Manager looking for STRONG ICU HCP's. Every other Weekend and holiday requirement included. NO on-call required. Can work 36 or 48 min hours. Proof of FLU vaccination is required at time of submission. Manager will interview and offer.
