116446-3S MED SURG (Float) RN’s needed at North Mississippi Medical Center-Tupelo. 3 South - 48 bed unit. Days, 6:45a-7:08p, float as needed. No self-scheduling, no on call.  Weekend and holiday requirements.  Rotation schedule: Thursday-Wednesday, 3/2, 3/1/3, 7on/7off – shift based upon need/availability. -<br /> NOTES:  <br /> Start dates are:  1/23 only<br /> Fingerprinting process must begin within 48 hours of offer acceptance<br /> Travelers must not have worked for NMHS within the last 12 months.<br /> Required with submission:<br /> •      no declinations accepted for  Flu.<br /> •    Full DOB and SSN <br /> •    RTO - Holiday coverage expected with minimal RTO.  <br /> <br /> REQUIREMENTS: Minimum one (1) year acute care experience required. Strongly prefer 400+bed or level 2 trauma exp.  Prior travel experience preferred. BLS (AHA) required, ACLS preferred.   All travelers are required to float to units within their competencies.<br /> EMR: Allscripts<br /> Nurse: Patient ratio - 1:7 (1:10 if LPN present) <br /> Patient care modality: General med surg, weakness, COPD, respiratory failure. Age range 21+<br /> Non-titratable drips, IV insertions, Foley insertions.  Vent types: Baxter IV Pump, Telemetry, Kangaroo Feeding Pumps, Omnicell med cabinet<br /> Scrubs: Cobalt blue (not provided).  No nail polish
