Facility will not preapprove for major holidays. No more than 7 consecutive days requested at one time. Max of 10 days for full assignment.</p> </li> <li> <p>2 years recent experience</p> </li> <li> <p>Valid state license in hand</p> </li> <li> <p>Facility accepts local candidates at the same rate as travel&nbsp;</p> </li> <li> <p>Please review job description for required certs.
