<strong>X-Ray Tech Radiology / Cardiology</strong><br /> <br /> Rad Techs needed ASAP to join this elite team of clinicians. Great location and extremely traveler friendly!<br /> Shifts will be M-F, 1500-2300<br /> 13 week contracts.<br /> Can submit with VA license pending<br /> Radiologic technologists are responsible for the administration of ionizing radiation to humans of all ages (newborn to geriatric) for diagnostic, therapeutic, or research purposes. A radiographer performs radiographic procedures and related techniques, producing images at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed independent practitioner. Radiography integrates scientific knowledge, technical skills, patient interaction and compassionate care resulting in diagnostic information.<br /> The Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center is one of the leading academic medical centers in the country and stands alone as the only academic medical center in Central Virginia.
