Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)<br /> Quadramed Charting. Alaris Med pumps. Hillrom call system, pyxis, holmium CO2 and YAG laser.<br /> 3. Required skills and minimum years of experience.<br /> 2 years OR experience required<br /> 4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)<br /> WY State or compact RN license required. BLS required, ACLS required, PALS required.<br /> 5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?)<br /> Days 6:15am - 2:45pm + call typically 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month. Holiday call is possible<br /> 6. Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?)<br /> Staff may float through same day surgery, OR, sterile and OR depending on training and experience<br /> 7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.<br /> 4 main OR's, 1 cysto room, 1 OB, 2 Endo. 15 beds on Same day surgery, 5 bay PACU<br /> 8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only)<br /> OR - 1 scrub and 1 circulator/patient, PACU is 1:1. SDS is 1:2-3<br /> 9. Dress Code:<br /> Hospital provided scrubs. For PACU and SDS, own scrubs any color<br /> 10.
