No<br /> • What are expected ratios? 1:1<br /> <br /> ** ALL TIME OFF REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION**<br /> ** NO LOCALS ACCEPTED: PROFESSIONALS MUST RESIDE OVER 50 MILES OF FACILITY TO QUALIFY **<br /> <br /> Minimum 3 years of surgical tech experience including all of our services. Gyn, vascular, general, orthopedic total joints and spine. Robotics and urology<br /> Must have OR license at the time of submission.<br /> Must have AHA-BLS.<br /> EPIC experience preferred.<br /> Professionals must be open to floating, as they can be told to float.<br /> On call: Yes, Weekends: Yes.<br /> Scrubs: no solid neon, solid red, solid black or camo.<br /> Timekeeping: Kronos.<br /> ORIENATION EVERY OTHER MONDAY<br /> <br /> MUST NOT CURRENTLY BE WORKING IN ANY WAY FOR PROVIDENCE OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES. IF THE PROFESSIONAL IS A FORMER EMPLOYEE OF PROVIDENCE OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES (SWEDISH MEDICAL CENTER or PAC MED). MUST HAVE TERMINATED EMPLOYMENT AT LEAST 6 MONTHS AGO AND BE IN GOOD STANDING. DOCUMENTS MUST BE COMPLETE 1 WEEK PRIOR TO START, NO EXCEPTIONS.
