Meet our TravCon 2018 Team

The 2018 Traveler’s Conference is right around the corner! We are so excited to be sending a team of amazing recruiters, including Heather Bors and David James, to meet and network with the amazing group of professionals who are on their way to Las Vegas.

Get to know each of them here and let us know if you’re coming. They would all love to meet you!

Heather Bors

Heather has been with trustaff for a little over 6 years and has been a team lead recruiter with the company for 5 of those years. She absolutely loves what she does, and enjoys connecting nurses with their dream jobs.

“I would say one of the best parts of what I do is it doesn’t even feel like a job, it is a true passion. I get to watch their personal life goals being accomplished which is also very rewarding to be a part of.”

She enjoys traveling, trying new things, and anything active! She is obsessed with her 2 Bulldogs (Tonka & Diesel) and her neighbor’s horse (Woody). Another fun fact is Heather’s mom, sister, grandmother, and 4 aunts are all nurses and some traveled as well! She is thankful for every nurse she gets the opportunity to work with and couldn’t ask for a better group of nurses!

Jordan Mauri

Jordan is a great addition to the trustaff team. His nurses love his upbeat and honest personality. He dedicates a lot of time to helping his nurses in any way he can.

“The best part of my job is the people. In the office and out in the field. I love my trustaff family, never have I worked with a better group of people that work so hard but also have fun! Everybody is different and brings something unique to the table. I am amazed at what I still learn every day.”

When he finally heads home after a long day of work, he spends time with his two kids and his dog and cheers on pretty much every Ohio sports team.

David James

David James is from trustaff’s Boca Roton, FL office. He’s been with trustaff for just about three years and it’s been a blast to have him. He does an amazing job of getting to know each of his healthcare professionals so that he can find the best assignment for each person.

“The favorite part of my job is seeing the difference that travel nursing makes in people’s lives. From the experiences they encounter to the difference in money travelers make, it’s really the best part.”

He loves to spend time with his fiancee and his wiener dog, Sophie. Fun fact – he breeds ball pythons and other exotic reptiles, but I promise he will not bring any of them to TravCon. No snakes on these planes.

They are all super excited to meet each and every one of you. If you’re attending TravCon this year, make sure you let us know! We would love to see you!
