#RecruiterTakeover: Meet Lead Recruiter Jase S.

Each month, we ask a member of our team to “take over” our social pages. It’s a great opportunity to get to know the people behind the company, and a chance for you to see behind the scenes at trustaff’s home base!

Meet Jase Simpson, Lead Recruiter with trustaff. He’s been with trustaff for over 4 years now. He’s has some incredibly insightful tips and stories to share so far and we’re excited to answer more of your questions! Keep reading for a peak behind the scenes at his #RecruiterTakeover.

My name is Jase and I’ve been with trustaff for more than five and a half years now. Outside of work, I am a father of 2 – Ava (8 years old) and Brady (7 months). I am married to my beautiful wife Melissa.

My time outside the office is full of sporting events for our 8-year old that plays almost every sport from AAU basketball, Soccer, and softball. When I am not at a sporting event for Ava, I am either playing softball myself or DJing a wedding!

In my spare time, I love hanging out with my family, playing softball, shooting a basketball with my daughter Ava and playing with my Baby Brady. Seem’s every time we play, he is dancing or doing something new as a 7-month-old.

Q: What’s your favorite thing about working at trustaff and why?

My favorite thing about working at trustaff is the fun environment here at the office. Our office is full do excitement and energy! It’s a fun place to come into every day.

Q: What’s your favorite part about your job?

I enjoy being able to grow relationships with RN’s and Techs all over the country. I have been work with some for over 4 years and now have friends from CA to FL! I enjoy seeing them have great assignments and hearing about their experiments.

Q: Where is your favorite place to travel?

My favorite place to travel to is Vegas! I try to go twice a year. I love Vegas, because as soon your plane lands, you just feel alive because of the energy! I also might love to Gamble too much. (Shhhhhh… My wife doesn’t need to see this! HAHA.)

Q: If you could witness any historical event, what would you want to see?

If I could witness a historical event from the past is Kobe Bryant’s 81 point game in 2006. I watch highlights of this game all the time and it gives me chills! The guy had 28 points in the 4th quarter!

Check our Facebook page for more, including some of Jase’s favorite work playlists, traveler tips, his pets, and real-time updates!
