Want to work as a nurse in Oregon? The state of Oregon currently only offers a permanent nursing license option, so you'll need to apply for your permanent license. Oregon is not currently participating in the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) licensure exchange.
Temporary nursing licenses are currently not offered in the state of Oregon.
In order to get your permanent nursing license in the state of Oregon, you will need to apply to the state board and pay a fee of $195. Once all your application requirements are met, and if everything checks out, you will usually receive your permanent Oregon nursing license within 3-6 weeks.
