Want to work as a nurse in Virgin Islands? The Virgin Islands currently only offer permanent nursing licenses, and they are not part of the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC), so you will need to obtain a permanent license to work there.
Temporary nursing licenses are currently not offered in the Virgin Islands.
In order to get your permanent nursing license in the Virgin Islands, you will need to apply to the board of nursing and pay a fee of $125. Once all your application requirements are met, and if everything checks out, you will usually receive your permanent Virgin Islands nursing license within 90 days.
