Juan continues to thrive in his role, helping connect talented clinicians with exciting travel opportunities across the country.

Q: What do you love about recruiting for Trustaff?

A: “I love the atmosphere in the office and the people I work with. Every day is an absolute joy working alongside my peers.”

Q: How has working for Trustaff made you a better recruiter?

A: “This is my first recruiting opportunity. I have learned so much about the travel nursing market and recruiting in general. Trustaff has opened my eyes to a whole new world where I can make positive changes in clinicians’ careers who care for people on a daily basis and I'm extremely happy for it!”

Q: What is your favorite part of working with nurses and allied professionals?

A: “Getting to meet new people daily and learn about their needs and motivation for new travel experiences.”

Q: Why is Trustaff different than other agencies?

A: “This is the only agency I've worked for. What I think separates us from the rest is our care for the clinicians and the “white glove service” we offer them, so their experience is the best. I have heard plenty of different things from clinicians that have worked for other agencies, and I always go above and beyond to make their experience the best with Trustaff.”

Q: What do you do outside of recruiting for Trustaff?

A: “I am a father of 3 and spend my time with my wife, kids and family. We always have fun and enjoy going to Disney parks.”

Q: What is one thing people may not know about you?

A: “One thing people may not know about me is my goals and dreams I hope to accomplish. I feel I work for a wonderful company that has given me the opportunity to achieve my goals. My immediate motivation is to continue to grow my career with Trustaff and make a positive impact in the company.”
