Q: What do you love about recruiting for Trustaff?

A: “I love how Trustaff actually cares about both the recruiters and the healthcare professionals we work with. It makes my job so much easier when I know I have a solid team behind me, and I get to help people find jobs they’re excited about.”

Q: How has working for Trustaff made you a better recruiter?

A: “Trustaff has really helped me grow—whether it’s improving my communication, problem-solving or just learning how to better support my travelers. I’ve become more confident in making sure my travelers are taken care of.”

Q: What is your favorite part of working with nurses and allied professionals?

A: “Honestly, just getting to know them! Everyone has a different story, and it’s awesome to help them find jobs that fit their goals and lifestyle. Plus, they do such important work—it’s great to be part of their journey.”

Q: Why is Trustaff different than other agencies?

A: “We actually take the time to build real relationships instead of just treating people like numbers. I always try to be upfront, quick to respond and make sure my travelers feel supported throughout the whole process.”

Q: What do you do outside of recruiting for Trustaff?

A: “I live in South Florida, so I love outdoor activities like Kayaking, which allows me to take advantage of the beautiful weather!”

A: “I was in a singing group in High School.”
