Health Insurance & Financial Planning

trustaff's travelers have a variety of insurance options to choose from, including medical coverage plans through United Healthcare. Packages include medical, dental, and vision coverage for each employee, as well as any additional family members or dependents you may choose to add to your plan.

All trustaff employees are eligible to make contributions to a 401(k) savings account upon acceptance of their first assignment, with a contribution matched by trustaff after one year, as well as access to other financial planning services.

Housing and travel assistance

When considering a travel assignment, one of the first questions we often receive is, "Where will I stay?"

trustaff has a department specifically dedicated to providing our travelers with assistance for their travel and housing needs. Whether you want to rent a fully furnished apartment, stay in a nearby hotel, or even bring your home-away-from-home with you to an RV park, there are a wide range of options for every budget and comfort level.

If you prefer to make your own housing arrangements, that's fine too! We simply pay you a housing per diem amount in your weekly paycheck which you can then use to offset your housing costs.

Housing options vary greatly from assignment to assignment, based on the options available in the local area, the cost of living, and any government limitations.
