How to Participate
Get Your BINGO Board: Download or screenshot the digital board.
Complete Activities: Each square represents a unique traveler experience.
Submit Your Photos: Keep track of any activities you participate in by snapping a photo.
Photos must be taken during the current quarter
Each photo can only be used for one square

This is your official board for January 1 – March 31, 2026. Each square is a little spark to inspire adventure, whether that’s trying a local coffee shop, taking a scenic hike or snapping a photo in your Trustaff swag. (You have the swag, right?!)
Share your photos using our hashtag, #TrustaffTraveler, to not only add them to the photo contest, but to connect with other travelers and share your progress as you check squares off your board.

Submitting Your Photos is Easy
When you’ve completed a square, snap a quick photo (or screenshot for digital activities). Then, once you have five squares in a row, submit your images using the button below.
Make sure you’re in the photo so we can celebrate your adventure. Each photo should match the activity for that square and remember—creativity is encouraged!
Full Program Details & Photo Submission Guidelines
To participate in this voluntary engagement program, you must be on assignment with Trustaff between January 1, 2026, and March 31, 2026.
A BINGO is five (5) completed squares in a continuous row (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal). To confirm your BINGO, submit a photo for each completed square along with the BINGO you are claiming (Example: B1, I2, N3, G4, O5) via the button on the program page. You do not need to submit a photo for the Free Space.
Photo requirements:
Submit one photo per square; a photo cannot be used for multiple squares.
Photos must be taken between January 1, 2026, and March 31, 2026.
You must be in the photo, except where screenshots are used to confirm digital activities.
Photos must not include any patient information or violate facility policies.
Rewards:
Participants who complete a BINGO will receive a swag bag as a thank-you for engaging in the program. All participants who achieve BINGO will also be entered into a quarterly appreciation drawing for an Apple iPad or SE 3 Apple Watch (specific model may vary based on availability).
